To My Cloud-2

To My Cloud-2

Ten thousand times
I waited in your way
for  single drop of water
And a flash of thunder.

You watered my way
now my way is full of green.
Still I feel the moisture
that you poured in my heart.

Now I feel your presence
everywhere, wherever I go.
Up to the boundaries of the sky
still I gaze and wish
This moment doesn't get over...

I Feel My Life

I Feel My Life

I feel my life
as my hope get wings
A flower of my garden
always tells me
there is beauty in life.

Birds call me out
Sunshine fills my heart
A mountain near by my house,
echoes all my songs.
I feel my life.

A butterfly of fluttering wings
mesmerizes me
All familiar shapes of
trees, sky and clouds
haunts me like a strong desire.
I feel my life.

A Beautiful Imagination

A Beautiful Imagination

Death is the mother of beauty
must be true
Let my imaginations fly high
over
This wall of death to see the other side.

My heart may not be twisted
in the hands of time
Nor has to drop down from
some unknown sky
Like helpless willow tree to be
played by storm.

There won't be any life with
meaningless
Questions to catch my ear for
each asking.

The death may give me birth,
after which
I may not have to wear
honesty to look at others.

It must be so, Death,
what I deserve, the mother of
beauty
For this newness in everything
lures me
Like a mother into her gentle-most lap.

Scared of Board Exam 2015? Attention Students!

I am inspired to write this after listening to a father who said, “I fear my son will have a hard time through this year!” He was just disclosing his son’s character and traits and I thought some tips would help so many parents and students for the years to come.
At first, believe me, I am just advising you with my experience.

  Myths about Board Exams
1.    Appearance is not very important. Keep on writing.
2.    All that matters is how much you write.
3.    Teachers do not cut/reduce marks for grammar errors.
4.    Student can impress the teacher with complicated, difficult, unusual vocabulary
 Best Practices
·         Learn stories from the character-plot point of view.
·         Learn poems from the vocabulary point of view. Each word is to be learnt.
·         Learn drama by repeated reading. You should know who said, who heard and what was meant.
·         Learn writing sections from two points of view:
o    Format. You lose a mark for a format error!
o    language. Each composition has a unique style of language – mostly formal.
·         Do not mug-up from guides. You can, if you have no other choice.
·         Don’t think that there is not enough time to read. Change your attitude.
 Preparation
1.    Master all the lessons and formats before November-December
2.    Read answers from guides but do not learn them by heart.
3.    After having made a study of how to write answers, start writing answers yourselves.
4.    Get your answers checked by your teacher or other experts.
 How to Answer
1.    Do not correct/over-write/cut any words. If you committed just one or two errors, ignore them.
2.    If the error is very serious, strike it with a single line.
3.    Each answer should have relevant value points. No irrelevant info.
4.    Leave one line between two answers.
 Simplicity Scores High
·         Never believe that ‘out-of-the-box’ vocabulary can impress the teacher. It is nothing but myth. Teachers love simple answers with words that best describe.
 Brevity
·         Do not write as if your answer cannot end. Why to waste time?
·         Note well, you should know the word-limits. Never write a 200-word answer for a 150-word answer.
·         Stop before you knew that!

To My Cloud

To My Cloud

O! my cloud,
come... let's walk together
For some more time
Doesn't matter where....?
just closer... so I can see you
Near... away from loosing fear.

We shall walk and talk
Away from our bitter reality and Ego
certainly not in dreams
Just walk through my eyes,
I could wish this moment doesn't get over...

Let our pain loose in us
Let the blossom of happiness flows...
Don't say anything
Let our silence sing and compose
Let's imitate forever
Just you and me together....

A Train

A Train

A vibrating shrilling sound
Of whistling train running
On lonely tracks somewhere
In the deep forests
Seems carrying you away!

The train it seems
Now disappearing
Further and further away
With a heartening promise
To come soon,
Bring you back
In my nest in which
You always stay!

Super Moon

SUPER MOON

An evening of whispering stars
I called super moon.
For him...
I waited morning and noon.

With his ever glowing face
to chase sun in race,
came the moon.
For my boon. .

Independence Day speech for students

Independence Day speech for students

Honorable president of this function, chief guests, my dear teachers, and all my dear friends wish you very very Happy Independence Day.
As you know all of us have gathered here to celebrate 68th independence day of our nation. This day, after the hosting national flag, we salute and remember the heroic deeds of all freedom fighters. As a citizen of India, I feel so proud to give a speech on Independence Day and share some of my views with you all. On the night of August 14, 1947, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru rose to make a speech on Independence day in New Delhi, When the world sleeps, India will wake to life and freedom. India became free from the British rule. Now, India is the largest democratic country in the world. The countrys strength is to find, Unity in diversity. But, there are stray incidents that test her secularism but the people of India are ready to sacrifice anything for the cause of unity.

My dear friends,We were the privileged lot to have been born in free India. We were able to breathe the fresh free air since our birth. If at all we want to know the pangs of agony of being slaves under a foreign rule, we must ask our elders born before 1947. It was indeed a Himalayan task for every Indian those days to fight against those powerful giants  the British rulers. We must not allow those hard times and struggles fade away from our memories.Hence it is befitting for us to celebrate such National festivals and recall those heroic deeds of our National heroes. We remember them today. With these words I would like to conclude my short speech..... Jai Hind, Jai Karnataka......)

To My Dear Friend

( A special poem for Friendship Day )

To My Dear Friend

Dear friend,
We shouted together
when stars were shouting in heaven.
And raced together
when sun was chasing the moon.

The whole world was in joy
And there was no cry.
Everywhere was green
when we danced in rain.

Now, we separated
miles apart.
But we'll always be together
in my heart.

A Lonely House

A Lonely House

A lonely house is
always better.
To see
The dancing of the flowers,
rainy showers.

A lonely house is
always better.
To gaze
Calm breathless sight,
distant mountains of might.

A lonely house is
always better.
To hear
The chirruping of birds
like pretty sweet words.

The Better Day

The Better Day

The day when I go
deeper in the forest,
as long as I stay away
will be the better day.

I'll keep myself away
trying to stay away,
It will bring me a breathe
that so calm and so quiet.

A lot of people
want to do good
the others trying to be,
but I have done nothing
with the nonsense's of my life.

It would bring me
the satisfaction of death,
and the joy of demise
'The Better Day' I yearned most.....!

Like A Phoenix

Like A Phoenix

What if they could
put hurdles on my way?
I have wings..
wings of courage to fly.

What if it is
the life of three days?
I have hope
hope to back again.

Let me die
in the depths of amazon,
Let me burn
in to ashes.

I will back again,
I will rise again,
Like a phoenix
from my ashes.

I Will Stand Again

I Will Stand Again

There is vanity for everything I do, true,
That I fail in a few things to prove.
But hard times can't last, it ends up fast.
I hope to stand again from where I started,
As I energize myself to carry on regardless.
No wounds bleed in my way,
Only love found when I prayed.
I guess there is magic in my hands,
or my hands in the magic.
My paces are out of the way you imagine.
